You'll lead integration of emerging capabilities for counter intrusion and air defense systems. You'll own end-to-end system requirements, test plans, and tradeoffs across hardware and software. This role supports rapid prototyping and scaling to production-ready designs for military deployment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead integration of emerging capabilities into Counter Intrusion and Air Defense systems.
• Decompose requirements across cross-functional teams.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans across all program phases.
• Scope system laydown and ensure deployed system meets customer requirements.

📋 Requirements

• 3-8 years of hardware and software systems engineering experience.
• Degree in Engineering, Physics, Robotics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Demonstrated use of model based systems engineering in program lifecycle.
• Experience with tools such as JAMA or Cameo.

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous experience in defense, naval, or aerospace environment.
• Experience with robotics, autonomous systems, radar, optics, computer vision.
• Proficiency with Python and/or MATLAB for data parsing and visualization.
