You'll manage full-cycle recruiting for Directive's performance marketing teams, focusing on roles like Paid Media, SEO, and Demand Generation. You'll build diverse talent pipelines and partner with hiring managers to deliver an exceptional candidate experience. This role stands out with unlimited PTO and a remote-first culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation
• Conduct in-depth interviews assessing skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Build candidate pipelines through sourcing, social media, and referrals
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years Talent Acquisition experience in fast-paced environment
• Experience recruiting for SEO, Paid Media, CRO, Programmatic roles
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Experience recruiting in Mexico, Canada, UK and US markets

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Ashby and/or Juicebox ATS
• Performance marketing agency experience
• Track record of filling high-volume positions
