Description

You will lead and inspire engineering teams, define and execute a multi-year engineering strategy, drive modernization and security, and partner across the business to deliver high-quality technology solutions that align with organizational goals.

Requirements

• 10+ years progressive software engineering experience including 5+ years in engineering leadership
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native development (Azure and/or AWS) and API-first design
• Experience with P&C insurance platforms such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, Insurity
• Strong understanding of P&C insurance operations including policy lifecycle, rating, underwriting, billing, claims, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, ability to manage geographically distributed teams

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering teams including managers, leads, and senior engineers
• Define and execute a multi-year engineering strategy aligned with business goals and enterprise technology roadmap
• Establish and maintain best practices for code quality, testing, documentation, and operational excellence
• Collaborate with Enterprise and Solution Architecture to design and deliver technology solutions
• Plan and allocate engineering resources across product teams, projects, and production support
