You'll lead technical and non-technical projects for Finance and Accounting at Esri. You'll manage cross-functional teams, design project work plans, and communicate status to stakeholders. This role offers the chance to work onsite at a stunning campus in Redlands, CA.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead resources not direct reports to motivate action
• Design and develop project work plans and deliverables
• Critically evaluate information from multiple sources
• Monitor project health and respond to risks

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of project management experience
• Experience with cross-functional process improvement initiatives
• Bachelor’s in finance, accounting, business, or related field
• Ability to interpret business needs analytically

• Master's degree in a related field
• PMP certification
• ERP, BI, PowerBI, or ServiceNow experience
