💼 About This Role

You'll join Skyscanner's accounts payable team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, helping transform AP operations through automation and AI. You'll deliver day-to-day excellence while driving process improvements that make the function more efficient and scalable. This is a pivotal role in a fast-moving, multi-entity environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process accounts payable transactions accurately across multi-entity, multi-currency setup
• Assist with month-end activities including accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations
• Maintain supplier master data with strong controls and audit trails
• Build and refine automated workflows using AI tools
• Partner with Procurement, Product, Engineering and Commercial teams

📋 Requirements

• Accounts Payable experience in a large, fast-moving, multi-entity environment
• Track record of processing high volumes accurately and on time
• Experience supporting month-end close processes across multiple entities
• Proficiency in Excel pivot tables and lookups for data analysis

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI tools such as Workato, Codex, Claude or RPA
• Experience with Workday, Kyriba or Auditoria
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
