💼 About This Role

You'll evaluate and execute acquisitions for an AI-native holding company, owning workstreams across sourcing, diligence, and portfolio value creation. Within six months, you'll lead live deal workstreams and contribute to value-creation roadmaps for newly acquired brands. This is a lean team where you'll have full end-to-end responsibility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Screen inbound and proprietary acquisition opportunities
• Build and refine LBO and returns models with sensitivity analysis
• Lead market and competitive research to size opportunities
• Own day-to-day workstreams on live deals including data requests and model builds

📋 Requirements

• 4–7 years total experience with 2+ years in private equity
• Advanced financial modeling skills including full LBOs
• Strong command of accounting, cash flows, and capital structures
• Ability to turn incomplete data into clear insights

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with consumer, retail, or ecommerce
• Exposure to distressed or special situations
• MBA or familiarity with BI tools, SQL, or Python
