💼 About This Role

You'll combine hands-on HVAC technical work with in-home sales to deliver energy-efficient solutions for homeowners. Your role is key to integrating HVAC into whole-home energy systems like solar and battery storage. This position offers significant growth potential as we scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Install, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• Perform diagnostics and efficiency assessments on high-efficiency HVAC
• Conduct in-home consultations and present HVAC proposals
• Collaborate with solar and energy services teams

📋 Requirements

• EPA Section 608 Certification required
• TDLR HVAC certification required
• Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, and refrigerant systems
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
