💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Continuity patient follow-up business within Rad AI, a proven product that improves follow-up completion rates and catches cancers earlier. You'll operate as a General Manager, owning the vision, P&L, and cross-functional execution. This role offers the chance to scale a startup-within-a-startup in a mission-driven healthcare AI company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own Continuity as a business – set strategy, define operating model, be accountable for growth and impact
• Connect product, engineering, and clinical reality to ensure roadmap meets customer needs
• Lead a high-performing cross-functional team of engineers, model developers, and clinical experts
• Drive customer outcomes at scale by working directly with health system leaders

📋 Requirements

• Scaled a product or business line from early traction to meaningful revenue in healthcare or enterprise SaaS
• GM, founder, or P&L owner role with cross-functional team leadership
• Built and led diverse, high-performing teams

• Experience with health system customer deployments and implementations
• Background in radiology or clinical workflow software
