• Advise tech leadership on talent strategy using market intelligence
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies for a predictable talent funnel
• Drive end-to-end recruitment lifecycle with a focus on metrics
• Refine and scale recruitment processes for efficiency and candidate experience

📋 Requirements

• Fluent in English with strong communication skills
• Demonstrated competence in interviewing, sourcing, and stakeholder management
• Strong project management, organisational, and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the local talent landscape in Germany and Europe
