Description

You will lead health and safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering a strong safety culture. You'll conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations, and develop training programs to promote a safe work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science, engineering, or related field
• 3-5 years of professional experience in occupational safety, ideally in industrial or production environments
• Qualification as a safety specialist (e.g., Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Fluent in German and good English skills

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and improve occupational health and safety management systems and policies
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal standards
• Conduct regular risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and define corrective actions
• Design and deliver training, coaching, and awareness programs for employees and external partners
