Description

You will shape the end-to-end experience of our in-house apps, leading and coaching a team of designers while partnering with product and engineering leadership to drive a shared vision. Your role extends beyond execution to drive clarity, decision-making, and alignment for exceptional, user-centric outcomes.

Requirements

• Deep experience defining product design strategy aligned with product, engineering, and business objectives
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop designers with different strengths and seniority levels
• Strong storytelling and communication skills enabling clarity, influence, and cross-functional alignment
• Experience shaping team culture, promoting experimentation and collaborative ways of working
• Experience with data-informed design using analytics, user metrics, and experimentation results

Responsibilities

• Partner with PMs, POs, and Engineering Leads to align goals, success metrics, and delivery plans
• Translate complex requirements into actionable design direction and clear problem definitions
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product designers, supporting their growth and performance
• Set expectations around craft, process, and communication for a high-performing team culture
• Enhance and evolve the Design System for scalability, consistency, and cross-product alignment
