You'll join our Finance Group to handle capital raising and budget management for a global company. You'll collaborate with US and European subsidiaries and work on projects like debt financing and equity financing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop relationships with existing banks for borrowings
• Propose and structure debt financing deals
• Execute equity financing (public offerings, private placements)
• Prepare and manage annual budget for entire company

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in finance-related role
• Native-level Japanese proficiency
• Daily conversational English proficiency
• Ability to logically explain complex issues simply

✨ Nice to Have

• Business-level English
• Experience in large-scale capital raising (debt or equity)
• Financial modeling skills building three-statement models in Excel
