You'll draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements supporting operations and strategic partnerships in a high-growth energy company. You'll work cross-functionally with business, finance, and engineering to enable rapid execution while managing risk. This role offers direct impact at a scaling infrastructure business.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate commercial and energy development agreements
• Partner with internal stakeholders to structure deals and assess risk
• Support procurement and supply chain contracting with templates
• Maintain contract processes and tracking systems

📋 Requirements

• J.D. and active bar membership in at least one US jurisdiction
• 5-10 years of commercial contracting experience
• Experience with energy/infrastructure agreements such as PPAs and EPC contracts
• Ability to communicate clearly with non-legal teams
