💼 About This Role

You'll lead global collections strategy for a team of ~70 collectors, shaping how Motive uses AI and automation to manage high-volume accounts. You'll partner across Revenue Accounting, Billing, and Account teams to minimize DSO and protect cashflow.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead global collections strategy across a team of ~70 collectors.
• Own strategy and roadmap for collections automation and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Serve as senior collections leader for Enterprise and Strategic accounts.
• Use data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, or Finance Operations.
• 7+ years of people management experience leading large teams.
• Proven success leading offshore or distributed teams.
• Deep experience designing and scaling collections automation and dunning strategy.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Zuora Billing.
• Experience with international collections in Mexico, Canada, UK/EU.
