You'll support mixed-age Montessori classrooms as an on-call substitute, helping maintain a calm and engaging environment. You'll assist with daily routines and collaborate with staff to ensure smooth transitions. This flexible role is a great entry point into full-time teaching at Guidepost Montessori.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Step into classrooms as needed to support children and maintain consistency
• Assist with daily routines and classroom activities across mixed-age groups
• Help create a warm, safe, and engaging environment for children
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of care

📋 Requirements

• Negative TB test within the last 12 months
• Valid state background check
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Warm, friendly, and dependable demeanor

• Early Childhood Education (ECE) units
• Recent experience working with children ages 0–6
