💼 About This Role

You'll drive post-sale adoption and value realization for OpenAI's most important customers. You'll act as a trusted advisor on deployment health, adoption strategy, and value realization for ChatGPT, API, and Codex, translating customer goals into measurable outcomes. You'll build repeatable mechanisms that scale impact across the portfolio.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own post-sale technical success and adoption across a portfolio of customers.
• Act as trusted advisor on deployment health and adoption strategy.
• Conduct technical enablement and configuration guidance.
• Build repeatable playbooks and operational mechanisms.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in technical customer-facing roles (TAM, solutions architecture, etc.).
• Strong working knowledge of OpenAI product capabilities and APIs.
• Technically fluent to interpret logs, telemetry, and usage data.
• Excellent project and program management skills.

• Experience building repeatable playbooks that scale impact.
