You'll execute full life cycle recruiting for engineering and manufacturing positions at a rapidly growing commercial space station company. You'll partner with hiring teams to source top talent and refine hiring processes for high-impact roles.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute full life cycle recruiting for engineering and manufacturing roles.
• Meet with client groups for recruiting intakes and post roles in ATS.
• Source passive candidates, interview, and deliver stellar candidate experience.
• Negotiate compensation, extend offers, and guide offer process to close.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant degree.
• 3+ years of experience in full life cycle technical/engineering recruiting.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Greenhouse ATS.
• Demonstrated ability to source candidates with niched areas of expertise.
