You'll architect and lead Deel's global partner enablement function, building a world-class ecosystem that empowers internal partnership teams and a diverse global partner network. Your core impact will be translating business priorities into high-impact enablement programs that drive measurable outcomes across multiple partner motions. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and lead the global partner enablement strategy
• Design and launch structured onboarding for Partnerships new hires
• Build partner enablement kits and co-sell playbooks by partner type
• Drive adoption of AI tools to automate content and streamline knowledge management

📋 Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in Partner Enablement or GTM Enablement in high-growth SaaS
• Proven ability to design and operationalize workflows and processes from scratch
• Strong strategic collaboration with cross-functional GTM teams
• Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, PRM/LMS platforms, and enablement analytics
