📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain
• Experience in people management
• Data-driven process improvement or operational optimization experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar data analysis tools

• Experience in e-commerce or logistics/distribution industry
• Experience with SQL or data analysis tools
