You'll maximize renewal and expansion opportunities while managing client escalations. This role utilizes digital programs and scaled success motions for efficiency.
π― What You'll Do
- Own a large portfolio (~140 clients) in the xSMB segment
- Drive adoption and engagement through digital programs
- Maximize retention and revenue by securing renewals
- Manage client escalations efficiently
π Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Client Success or similar role
- Success managing a high-volume client segment
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
