You'll lead the integration of Salesforce Service Cloud with AWS Connect to build a world-class omni-channel support ecosystem. You'll design seamless workflows where voice, web, and AI-driven data intersect, enabling a 360-degree view of client interactions. This role combines full-stack development, cloud telephony, and AI automation for a unique cross-domain challenge.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design omni-channel strategies integrating AWS Connect with Salesforce
• Develop and maintain CTI integrations and real-time data syncing
• Architect full-stack web apps (React/Node.js) for agent experience
• Implement AI services like Amazon Lex for self-service voice bots

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Salesforce Development with Service Cloud expertise
• 3+ years in Fullstack Web Development (React/Node.js)
• 2+ years configuring Amazon Connect contact flows
• Advanced/Fluent English for US client collaboration

✨ Nice to Have

• Salesforce or AWS certifications (e.g., Service Cloud Consultant)
• Experience with Amazon QuickSight or Tableau
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation)
