This role stands out with its cross-functional collaboration across Solutions Architects, Customer Success, and Marketing.

  • Develop proactive outbound cadence via email, call, and social.
  • Perform deep discovery using MEDDPICC framework.
  • Deliver tailored demos mapping Elastic capabilities to business outcomes.
  • Lead contract negotiations and close multi-year commitments.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years of SaaS quota-carrying sales experience.
  • Proven discovery and qualification skills using MEDDPICC or similar.
  • Track record of value storytelling linking features to business impact.
  • Native Spanish speaker and fluent in English.

  • Prior experience at an open-source or developer-centric company.
  • Familiarity with observability or security analytics use cases.
