You'll own a defined territory, building pipeline and closing multi-stakeholder deals in a consumption-based model. Your core impact is driving net-new revenue and expansion for the Elastic Search AI platform. This role stands out with its cross-functional collaboration across Solutions Architects, Customer Success, and Marketing.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Develop proactive outbound cadence via email, call, and social.
- Perform deep discovery using MEDDPICC framework.
- Deliver tailored demos mapping Elastic capabilities to business outcomes.
- Lead contract negotiations and close multi-year commitments.
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years of SaaS quota-carrying sales experience.
- Proven discovery and qualification skills using MEDDPICC or similar.
- Track record of value storytelling linking features to business impact.
- Native Spanish speaker and fluent in English.
