💼 About This Role

You'll design and scale IT infrastructure for the world's leading AI video platform, supporting SaaS and endpoint systems across a high-growth environment. Your core impact will be automating workflows and driving IT reliability and security for a globally distributed team. You'll also have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers and shape IT Ops strategy in a remote-first, fast-paced culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, maintain, and scale IT infrastructure across SaaS and endpoint systems.
• Lead advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for incidents.
• Automate workflows like onboarding, access provisioning, and asset management.
• Implement configuration baselines and compliance controls for security audits.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in IT administration, systems engineering, or infrastructure operations.
• Hands-on experience with identity platforms (Okta, Azure AD) and endpoint management.
• Experience implementing IT controls aligned to SOC2 and/or ISO27001.
• Comfortable writing automation scripts in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Jamf or similar MDMs (e.g., Intune).
• Knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Zoom administration.
• Mentoring or upskilling junior team members.
