Description

You will serve as a pre-sales specialist, supporting the sales organization by educating customers on how Rubrik protects and manages database workloads. You'll lead technical demonstrations, workshops, and proofs-of-concept, while providing feedback to product teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years in customer-facing technical sales or consulting with enterprise databases and cloud
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
• Deep expertise in MS SQL Server HADR solutions (AG, FCI, log shipping)
• Proficiency in cloud databases (Azure SQL, RDS/Aurora, GCP CloudSQL)
• Scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, Go, or JavaScript

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert on data protection for on-prem and cloud databases
• Lead product demonstrations, technical workshops, and solution presentations
• Support North American customers in US Eastern Time Zone
• Design and troubleshoot proof-of-concepts with presales teams
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to influence feature development
