🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiations.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
  • Track recruitment metrics and optimize processes.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of talent acquisition in high-volume environment
  • Deep understanding of marketing and tech industries
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS (Greenhouse preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
