🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiations.
- Develop sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize processes.
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years of talent acquisition in high-volume environment
- Deep understanding of marketing and tech industries
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS (Greenhouse preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
