You'll lead the deployment of AI agents that automate compliance for banks and fintechs, working directly with clients to integrate into live environments. Your work will directly prevent money laundering and terrorism financing at scale. You'll own features end-to-end, from architecting agent behaviors to shipping product features.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deploy browser-based AI agents for financial compliance
• Integrate with legacy systems and third-party platforms
• Ship fixes in live production environments
• Translate client SOPs into structured agent logic

📋 Requirements

• End-to-end problem-solving ability across backend, ML, and product
• High quality bar for uptime and reliability in production
• Comfortable with ambiguous client environments
• Clear communication bridging customers and codebase

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with computer vision or DOM understanding
• Background in financial services or compliance
• Experience with AWS and distributed systems
