You'll own uptime and efficiency improvements for automated manufacturing test systems at a next-gen power company. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and sustain test equipment for battery backup system production. This role offers the chance to shape scalable manufacturing processes in a fast-paced startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead uptime, cycle time, and FPY improvements on test equipment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet test equipment expectations
• Perform data analysis and advocate for post-deployment solutions
• Build, validate, and deploy test equipment to production lines

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in electrical test systems design
• Hands-on experience designing and building end-of-line test systems
• Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems
• Understanding of grid simulators, RLC power manipulation, and inverter operations

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with CAN bus communications
• Basic proficiency in PLC programming (Allen-Bradley/Siemens)
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
