💼 About This Role

You'll lead financial reporting and control for OTC and BVI entities at a digital asset firm. You'll ensure accurate GAAP reporting and intercompany accounting across a multi-jurisdictional structure. This role offers the chance to work directly with the CFO on strategic initiatives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close for OTC and BVI entities
• Prepare entity-level and sub-consolidated financial statements under US GAAP
• Manage intercompany transactions and consolidation accounting
• Oversee digital asset accounting including fair value measurement

📋 Requirements

• CPA or equivalent certification
• 7+ years of accounting experience in financial services
• US GAAP expertise including consolidation and intercompany accounting
• Experience with digital asset accounting (e.g., ASC 820, ASU 2023-08)

• Experience with BVI offshore entities
• Experience with custody or OTC operations in crypto
