You'll own field-sales success at a hyper-growth healthtech startup, partnering with the founder and GTM team. You'll build commission plans, territory management, CRM infrastructure, and more. This role offers high trust and autonomy with direct exposure to every aspect of the business.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Operate at intersection of GTM, ops, product, and strategy to scale field-sales motion
  • Own projects end-to-end from ideation through execution
  • Define new processes & technologies for first-pass problems
  • Work hand-in-hand with Founder and business leaders daily

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong bias for action - proactive execution
  • 2+ years of GTM strategy & ops experience in a field-sales motion
  • Authorized to work in the United States
