💼 About This Role

You'll lead on-site construction of a greenfield semiconductor facility, coordinating contractors and stakeholders to achieve safety, quality, schedule, and cost goals. Your work will be critical in translating project strategy into successful field execution for a highly complex semiconductor project.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as senior on-site oversight for all construction activities.
• Oversee general contractors, subcontractors, and vendor teams.
• Manage sequencing of site development, utilities, and vertical construction.
• Enforce safety culture and ensure OSHA compliance.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in large-scale construction projects.
• Proven experience on semiconductor or advanced manufacturing facilities.
• Demonstrated leadership of multi-billion-dollar projects.
• Prior experience as a Site Manager or Construction Manager on a semiconductor fab.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with fast-track, design-build, or EPC delivery models.
• Background in modular construction and offsite manufacturing.
• OSHA 30 or equivalent safety certification.
