You'll be the primary relationship driver for floral partners using the Promenade platform, ensuring outstanding B2B partnerships and customer satisfaction. You'll triage support issues and act as a product evangelist to help local businesses connect with their community.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle high-volume user support via email, phone, and social media
• Serve as first point of contact for customers and partners
• Triage issues, diagnose problems, and escalate bugs to engineering
• Identify trends to enhance support processes and user experience

📋 Requirements

• Tech savvy with quick adoption of support tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence
• Excellent communication skills in writing and over the phone
• Customer service experience (retail or service industry a plus)
• Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
