You'll define how agentic AI transforms user interaction with intelligence at Strider, turning fragmented data into actionable insights. You'll lead AI-powered capabilities across the platform, working with Engineering, Intelligence, and Design to integrate LLMs and retrieval systems. This role shapes AI augmentation of human analysis at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and drive the strategy for agentic AI capabilities
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of agentic AI features
• Partner with Engineering to design scalable AI systems
• Lead experimentation with prompt iteration and UX testing

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience with technical products
• Experience building or scaling agentic products
• Partnered with engineering on AI system design (APIs, model integration)
• Proven ability to deliver user-facing AI features end-to-end

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with agentic search
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks
• Background in engineering or data science
