You'll lead development of advanced tracking algorithms for space situational awareness at Anduril Industries. You'll architect multi-target tracking systems using state estimation and data association, and deploy them into operational systems. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead systems engineering and algorithm development for space tracking missions.
• Architect and implement object tracking and state estimation algorithms.
• Design multi-target tracking and multi-sensor fusion approaches.
• Build physics-based models and conduct simulation to validate tracking performance.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years experience designing multi-target tracking algorithms.
• Deep expertise in state estimation (Kalman filters, IMM).
• Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, and C++.
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with EO/IR or RF sensor architectures.
• Experience with hardware-in-the-loop testing.
