🎯 What You'll Do

• Edit high-quality, UGC-style video ads for multiple platforms.
• Contribute to pre-packaging (title and thumbnail concepts).
• Record a-roll, b-roll, and UGC content occasionally.
• Leverage AI tools to create hooks and b-roll concepts.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience as a video editor.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Deep understanding of short-form content hooks, storytelling, pacing.
• Proven success growing accounts on YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI tools like ArcAds, VEO, Nano Banana, Claude.
• Analytical skills and understanding of paid advertising KPIs.
