Description

You will be a critical part of our field deployment team, ensuring continuous and efficient operation of our robotic solutions in customer facilities. You'll oversee system operation, provide workflow feedback, perform maintenance, and triage software issues while working closely with engineering teams to improve robot design and functionality.

Requirements

• B.S. in Robotics, CS, EE, ME, or related field; or Associate's + 4 years hands-on experience
• Proficiency in C++/Python, ROS2, and Linux development and debugging
• Working knowledge of CANOpen, EtherCAT, UART protocols
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot effectively
• Comfortable with mechanical/electrical tools and working in warehouse environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee and operate mobile robotic systems in production environment
• Monitor and manage robot task performance to meet production targets
• Manually intervene to correct mishandled tasks
• Execute routine and preventative maintenance on robotic hardware and electromechanical systems
• Conduct first-level software triage and report issues to engineering team
