💼 About This Role

You'll prepare turbine engine components for thermal spray by applying masking and grit blasting in a climate-controlled facility. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Mask components to protect surfaces from subsequent operations.
• Apply tape, caps, and shields following documented work instructions.
• Trim masking using knives or razor blades to precise dimensions.
• Use overhead cranes to position parts.

📋 Requirements

• 6 months–1 year of experience with masking in paint, blasting, or similar.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and document processes.
• Experience with measuring gages like micrometers and calipers.
• Experience using overhead cranes.

• High school or technical school graduate.
• Basic computer skills and standard software knowledge.
• Good hand-eye coordination and hand tool use.
