🎯 What You'll Do

  • Monitor receivables book for underperforming and inactive customers.
  • Investigate reasons for customer inactivity and find solutions.
  • Engage customers via daily phone calls and emails.
  • Contact unreachable customers through legal letters.

  • Fluency in English language.
  • Demonstrated experience in a collections team, preferably SME collections.
  • Proven ability to self-manage and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
