You'll manage a diverse receivables book in our in-house collection process, working with customers facing financial challenges. Your core impact is driving up collection rates while ensuring a top-notch customer experience. This role offers the autonomy to make independent decisions and prioritize your workload.
π― What You'll Do
- Monitor receivables book for underperforming and inactive customers.
- Investigate reasons for customer inactivity and find solutions.
- Engage customers via daily phone calls and emails.
- Contact unreachable customers through legal letters.
π Requirements
- Fluency in English language.
- Demonstrated experience in a collections team, preferably SME collections.
- Proven ability to self-manage and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Excel.
β¨ Nice to Have
- Fluency in German, Polish, or Czech languages.
- Ability to identify and propose process improvements.
