Description

You'll partner with the Head of SDC to deliver data-driven insights and drive strategy for Stripe's Internal Systems and SDC organization. You'll wrangle complex datasets, build dashboards, and communicate findings to influence senior leadership decisions.

Requirements

• 6+ years in analytical/strategic roles (consulting, operations, risk, financial services)
• Expert in SQL with strong data relationship understanding
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Financial Services, Accounting, or Operations
• Ability to toggle between big picture and minute details

Responsibilities

• Wrangle large datasets using SQL to produce actionable insights
• Develop metrics and dashboards to track team health
• Communicate insights to executives through narratives and reporting
• Drive operational reviews and goal-setting processes
