💼 About This Role

You'll design and deploy automated inspection cells for advanced NDT methods like ultrasonic testing, radiographic testing, and computed tomography. You'll own the entire automation stack from robot motion paths to operator UX, partnering with certified NDT personnel to validate methods and drive production commissioning.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deploy automated inspection cells for UT, VT, RT, and CT methods.
• Own cell automation stack including robot path, sensor integration, and HMI.
• Partner with NDT personnel and Quality to validate methods and acceptance criteria.
• Build structured inspection data pipelines for SPC and traceability.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years designing or commissioning automated NDT systems in production.
• Direct ownership of at least one automated inspection station.
• Deep practical experience in at least one advanced NDT modality (UT, VT, RT, CT).
• Working knowledge of robot/motion systems (Fanuc, ABB, Kuka, etc.) and industrial controls.

✨ Nice to Have

• Radiation safety officer training for RT/CT.
• Python or C# for acquisition glue and automation tooling.
• Experience with aerospace/defense inspection standards (NAS 410, MIL-STD).
