Description

In this customer-facing role, you'll work directly with strategic customers to identify high-impact AI opportunities and design AI-powered solutions using Celonis' Process Intelligence platform. You'll prototype solutions, demonstrate value to executives, and drive adoption to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years in solutions consulting, data/AI consulting, or customer-facing AI roles
• Ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions
• Strong presentation and communication skills for executive audiences
• Experience prototyping with Python and modern AI frameworks
• Familiarity with Generative AI architectures (RAG, prompt engineering, agent-based systems)

Responsibilities

• Identify high-impact AI opportunities with enterprise customers
• Design scalable AI solution architectures using Celonis and AI technologies
• Build prototypes to demonstrate tangible value to stakeholders
• Facilitate workshops and innovation sessions with customers
• Drive adoption and ensure measurable value from AI deployments
