🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle outage and maintenance tickets for 20,000+ users
• Install and upgrade routers, switches, and network devices
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN issues and resolve network outages
• Perform escalation and document incidents in the ticketing system

📋 Requirements

• DoD Secret clearance
• CompTIA Security+ CE certification
• Cisco CCST within 6 months of starting
• 4+ years experience as a Network Technician

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of OSPF, BGP, EIGRP
• Experience with wireless, VPN, IPS, WAN accelerators
