You'll define and scale the AI strategy across our Workday practice, shaping how AI is leveraged for go-to-market, delivery enablement, and client advisory. Your work will drive measurable impact on client outcomes and internal efficiency. You'll lead the integration of AI into Workday services and position AI as a core differentiator.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and lead the AI Transformation strategy for the Workday practice
• Partner with sales to position AI in client conversations and proposals
• Build and scale AI-enabled delivery capabilities across teams
• Drive internal AI adoption through training and upskilling programs

📋 Requirements

• 8–12+ years in Workday consulting or professional services leadership
• Proven experience building or leading practice-level initiatives
• Strong understanding of Workday ecosystem including HCM, Payroll, Finance
• Experience applying AI tools to improve business processes or operations

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Workday's AI capabilities and partner ecosystem
• Experience with LLMs, automation platforms, or workflow orchestration tools
• Background in process optimization or delivery transformation
