You will represent Realtor.com® in inbound and outbound communications, identifying consumer real estate needs and providing premium, white-glove service. You'll make successful connections between consumers and real estate professionals, working collaboratively in a high-performance environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years phone-based call center or equivalent high-volume, metrics-driven experience
• Exceptional verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
• Tech-savvy with experience using soft phone, CRM, and dynamic scripting tools
• Service-oriented and consumer-obsessed mindset
• Metrics-driven with proven resilience in high-volume environments

Responsibilities

• Represent Realtor.com® across phone, email, and text communications
• Make 300+ outbound and inbound warm dials daily to identify client needs
• Conduct discovery to determine consumer goals, budget, timeline, financing, and preferences
• Connect consumers with premium real estate professionals
• Work collaboratively in a team and independently; flexible scheduling including evenings/weekends
