🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct job and needs analyses to design role-based training
• Manage ADDIE phases for leadership development workshops
• Develop standardized onboarding and training strategies
• Create asynchronous/synchronous learning materials

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in I/O Psychology or related field
• 5+ years in Learning and Development in manufacturing
• Experience with standardized onboarding programs
• Experience with Articulate 360 Storyline or similar
• Ability to travel 10-20%

• Master's degree in I/O Psychology or related
• 8+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing
