💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the dedicated point of contact for applicants, shaping the journey for Registered Dietitians joining Nourish. You'll take full ownership of our growing applicant pool and drive engagement through proactive outreach. This role is centered around creating an amazing hiring experience and refining our hiring strategy as we scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for applicants, building deep knowledge of Nourish's value prop.
• Drive applicant engagement through proactive outreach and timely follow-ups to increase offer acceptance.
• Lead outbound recruiting efforts to highest priority prospects via personalized emails and calls.
• Manage recruiting inbox and respond to applicant questions in a timely, professional manner.

📋 Requirements

• 1-3+ years of experience in recruiting or outbound sales development.
• Hyper-organized and skilled at managing a high-volume process.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills engaging across phone, video, email, and chat.
• Strong problem-solver who can think on your feet and offer creative solutions.
