You will drive digital acquisition and customer engagement strategies across Paid Search, Programmatic, and Online Video channels. Using data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration, you will optimize campaign performance, manage budgets, and experiment to scale growth while maximizing ROI.

Requirements

  • 5+ years hands-on experience with Paid Search, Programmatic, and Online Video campaigns
  • Experience in consumer finance required
  • Expertise with Google Ads, Trade Desk, and analytics platforms like Google Analytics
  • Experience in lifecycle marketing to drive customer retention and upsell/cross-sell
  • Proven track record of using data to drive marketing decisions and achieve growth targets

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end execution of growth marketing campaigns across Paid Search, Programmatic, and Online Video
  • Optimize campaigns to improve CAC, conversion rates, and LTV through continuous testing and analysis
  • Develop and iterate on strategies to scale acquisition efficiently
  • Use analytics tools to derive insights and provide regular performance reporting
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and creative teams to align messaging and targeting
