You'll lead guest experience strategy and sales performance for a high-end yoga lifestyle brand in SoHo. You'll oversee the Sales Service team to deliver exceptional customer connections and drive business targets. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Root cause sales opportunities and escalate process gaps
• Coach Sales Service team on guest connection and product education
• Develop workforce solutions for effective floor coverage
• Manage budget, reporting, and sales data analysis

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail leadership experience
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for entire shift
• Availability for opening, closing, and weekend shifts
