💼 About This Role

You'll lead a technician team performing vibration and thermal vacuum testing for next-generation space stations. Your work directly enables the rapid development and qualification of flight hardware for Vast's Haven space station modules. This role offers the opportunity to shape testing processes in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Organize and prioritize daily work assignments for a medium-size technician team.
• Set up and test flight hardware for vibration and thermal vacuum environments.
• Operate, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain test lab equipment.
• Maintain laboratory cleanliness, stock consumables, and control tools.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience performing vibration and/or thermal vacuum testing.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalency certificate.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in aerospace, military, or high-reliability manufacturing industry.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence project management software.
• Experience with hazardous systems (cryogenic, flammable, etc.).
