You'll join the AI Operations team at Opendoor to build AI-powered workflows and automation that drive leverage across operations. You'll turn ambiguous problems into clean solutions, prototyping and shipping fast. This role offers high agency and the chance to shape AI Operations from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Turn ambiguous problems into clear system designs and experiments
• Prototype and ship rapid experiments to improve workflows
• Build and maintain AI-powered automation and internal tools
• Implement monitoring and alerting for model performance

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations and data experience
• Familiarity with LLM deployment and context engineering
• Comfortable writing SQL and working with APIs
• Experience with AI coding assistants like Claude Code or Cursor

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with MCP integrations
• Background in agentic AI frameworks
• Domain expertise in pricing, sales, or home operations
