You'll work at the intersection of clinical research, biomedical data science, and healthcare informatics to expand equitable access to clinical trials. You'll design and maintain scalable data pipelines and ontology systems for regulatory-grade platforms. This role allows you to shape foundational data infrastructure enabling faster patient access to life-saving therapies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform source-to-target data mapping across clinical and healthcare datasets.
• Develop scalable models and automated workflows for data integration.
• Evaluate and validate accuracy of clinical and genomic datasets.
• Contribute to design and maintenance of ontologies and healthcare data standards.

📋 Requirements

• Strong background in bioinformatics or clinical data science.
• Experience with clinical, biomarker, or genomic data including ontology systems.
• Familiarity with healthcare standards such as ICD, SNOMED, and LOINC.
• Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL for data analysis and pipeline development.
